- Hypnosis Recordings: Reinforce what you learn during live sessions with expertly crafted audio recordings designed to reshape your mindset and keep you on track. These programs provide the flexibility to work on your goals anytime, anywhere, ensuring consistent progress even between sessions.
- Session Replays: Missed a session? No problem. You’ll have lifetime access to all recordings, allowing you to revisit key concepts, gain new insights, and stay on track whenever you need a refresher.

When:
Wednesdays at 7:00 pm ET (4:00 pm PT). Each session runs about 90 minutes and includes time for strategy, hypnosis, and reflection.
