Every plan, program, and approach you've tried so far asked you to override something much deeper. The patterns behind how you eat, what you reach for, when you reach for it, and what you're actually looking for when you do were built over a lifetime. Behind your relationship with food are subconscious programs and behaviors that are looking to meet some need.
Denying those needs doesn't work. Adding more restrictions doesn't work. This isn't a discipline problem. It's a matter of finding the right way to meet those needs.

How Hypnosis Works for Weight Loss
Your subconscious mind is like the operating system of a computer. It holds all the programs, functions, and strategies that direct how you interact with yourself and the world, including every belief, association, and pattern you've ever built around food.
Those programs were written by experience. The food that meant love. The treat that was a reward. The eating that meant comfort or distraction when nothing else was available. And then the rules that came from every diet you've ever heard of, which foods to eat, how much, the fasting and restrictions, all contradicting each other, and all telling you you weren't doing it right.
Hypnosis works differently.
In a hypnotic state, your conscious mind steps back and your subconscious becomes more receptive and responsive to new ideas. That's where the emotional attachments get examined and released. The hunger and satisfaction signals get reconnected. The food noise quiets down. And you find better ways to meet those emotional needs, so that food can go back to being just food.
We'll start by getting rid of all the conflicting information from years of diet culture and break down the basics of what to eat, when and why to eat, and even how much to its simplest forms, creating a framework that fits into your life, your preferences, and your desires.
From there we work on those emotional attachments, so that boredom gets met with activity, fatigue gets met with rest, stress gets released, and comfort is given in more effective and lasting ways.

Every new client starts with a free consultation call.
The call is yours. You'll have time to describe what you've been experiencing, how long it's been happening, and how you want things to be different. There's no rush and no agenda other than getting to know each other a bit and discovering the best path forward.
We'll talk about what you know works for you, what your problem areas have been, and how hypnosis can help. I'll make sure you have a clear picture of what working together looks like, what we'll focus on, how the sessions work, and what you can expect along the way. Most people come to that first call with questions. That's exactly what it's for. And when you're ready, we can schedule your sessions right in the call.
For most clients I recommend working together through a series of five weekly sessions, each about an hour long, held in a secure and private video call online. Because all sessions are held remotely, we can work together from wherever you are in the US.
Hypnosis is a conversation, and it is equally as effective online as it is in person. And there's another benefit to working together remotely: when you're creating these positive changes in your own environment, everything around you becomes a reinforcement for the success you're experiencing.
Every session is built around you and where you're at in the process of creating change. This isn't a scripted protocol. Early sessions focus on simplifying your relationship with food and reconnecting you to your body's natural signals. Later sessions go deeper into the emotional patterns, the attachments, and the habits and behaviors you're ready to let go of. Most clients begin noticing changes with the first session.
Between sessions you'll also receive recorded hypnosis sessions and other tools, techniques, and strategies that support and complement the work we do together.
